Practicing gratitude is something we do each day at our sober living house in Santa Fe. These daily affirmations to start your day are a great way to stay focused on the positive and invite healing into your life.
At first, doing your daily affirmations may feel silly. Think of Al Franken looking in the mirror as Stuart Smally saying his affirmations. But, as time goes on and you become accustomed to doing your affirmations, and you see how well they work, you won’t feel so silly. You can say any affirmation you want, and it is encouraged. However, it can be challenging to come up with something to say when you first start this exercise. Below are several daily affirmations you can use to get the ball rolling.
